About payment
To confirm your participation and reserve a place on the trip, you must make an advance payment in the amount of 10% -50% of its cost (check with the manager for the exact amount of the advance payment), in any convenient way described below. The remaining 50%-90% will need to be paid on site to the guide, immediately before the start of the trip.
For tours over 400 USD, prepayment can be divided into the following stages: 15% – first payment and booking a place on the trip, 15% – no later than 14 days before the start of the trip. The remaining 70% – payment on the spot to the guide, immediately before the start of the trip.
Note:
- Prepayment is a guarantee of booking a place on your trip.
- In case of cancellation of participation 30 days before the start of the trip (the date specified in a separate Agreement), the money is deposited into the Contractor’s account in full, minus the expenses actually incurred by the Contractor (e.g. for a bank transfer, booking of third-party services, Guides’ air tickets or hotel booking).
- In case of cancellation of participation less than 30 days before the start of the trip (the date specified in the Agreement), 70% of the cost of the Services is refunded.
- In case of cancellation of participation less than 10 days before the start of the trip (the date specified in the Agreement), 50% of the cost of the Services is refunded. That is, in case of cancellation less than 10 days, the prepayment is not refundable to the Tourist.
- The Tourist has the right to leave the prepayment on the Contractor’s deposit as funds that can be used in subsequent trips.
- The website shows the basic cost of travel, taking into account the minimum number of people in the group. If there are fewer people in the group than the “minimum composition” specified in the program, then the cost will be recalculated.
Payment for residents of Ukraine:
Payment according to the details to a current account, payment to a bank card (MonoBank), in cash to a company representative in Odessa or Kyiv.
Residents of other countries:
Residents of other countries should make an advance payment by money transfer – SEPA, PayPAl, SWIFT (this money transfer system is very common and exists in any country). Transfer fee from 1% of the payment amount.
We ask you to pay for the program in the currency indicated on the website of a particular tour (example: Climbing Kazbek – $450, payment in dollars). Otherwise, currency conversion will be made at the commercial selling rate on the current payment date.
Online payment via VISA, MasterCard is also available.
Important! After you make an advance payment, MANDATORY! Send a photo of the receipt by email info@extremeguide.pro or confirm payment by phone +38066 320 10 55. If it is not possible to take a scan or photo, then simply indicate the sender’s name, amount, date and time of transfer.
