About payment

To confirm your participation and reserve your place on the trip, a deposit of 30%–50% of the total tour price must be paid using any of the payment methods listed below (please confirm the exact deposit amount with your manager). The Tourist must pay the full tour price no later than 15 calendar days before the start date of the trip, both for themselves and for each person they represent. Subject to the Parties’ prior written agreement, the outstanding balance may be paid in cash directly to the Guide on the day the program begins, at the meeting with the Guide.

A portion of the deposit paid, amounting to 10% of the total Tour price, is a non-refundable administrative fee covering booking, consultation, and administrative services, which are deemed to have been provided at the time of payment. The remaining portion of the deposit (20%–40%) is credited toward the cost of the Tour services themselves and is refundable if the Tour is cancelled sufficiently in advance, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. If payment is not made within the time limits specified in this Agreement, the Service Provider (ExtremeGuide) reserves the right to cancel the booking without paying any compensation to the Tourist, while retaining the administrative fee.

Note:

• If the Tourist cancels 40 or more days before the Tour start date, the amounts paid will be refunded, less the non-refundable administrative fee of 10% of the Tour price and any direct, non-refundable third-party costs (including purchased permits, airline tickets, non-refundable deposits for mountain huts/lodges, and transport and guide bookings).
• If the Tourist cancels between 15 and 39 days before the Tour start date, 50% of the total Tour price will be retained.
• If the Tourist cancels less than 14 days before the Tour start date, or fails to arrive at the designated starting point, 100% of the Tour price will be retained, and no refund will be issued. By this stage, all logistical costs (including guide services, mountain huts, transport, and campsites) have been paid and are non-refundable by third-party providers.
• If the Tourist cancels more than 14 days before the Tour start date, they may, subject to the Service Provider’s approval, keep the prepaid amount as a credit toward another ExtremeGuide program, to be used within 12 months, less any direct losses incurred for non-refundable permits and bookings.
• The Tour price may be revised by mutual agreement if the group composition changes or if special pricing conditions apply to smaller groups. During the final 15 calendar days before the Tour start date, the price previously confirmed in writing may not be increased.
• If the group fails to reach the minimum advertised number of participants, the Tour may be cancelled no later than 14 calendar days before the scheduled start date. In this case, the Tourist will receive a 100% refund of all amounts paid or may choose to transfer their booking to another date or route without penalty. Other potential indirect expenses incurred by the Tourist, including independently purchased flights, visas, and equipment, will not be reimbursed.
• All expenses arising from the Tourist’s early withdrawal from the route and return to the starting point or country of residence, whether at their own initiative or for medical reasons, shall be borne by the Tourist.
• Any bank charges and payment processing fees associated with issuing refunds shall be borne by the Tourist.
• The deposit guarantees that a place on the trip is reserved for you.

Payment for residents of other countries:

Residents of other countries should make an advance payment by money transfer – SEPA, PayPAl, SWIFT (this money transfer system is very common and exists in any country). Transfer fee from 1% of the payment amount.

We ask you to pay for the program in the currency indicated on the website of a particular tour (example: Climbing Kazbek – $450, payment in dollars). Otherwise, currency conversion will be made at the commercial selling rate on the current payment date.

Online payment via VISA, MasterCard is also available.

Important! After you make an advance payment, MANDATORY! Send a photo of the receipt by email [email protected] or confirm payment by phone +38066 320 10 55. If it is not possible to take a scan or photo, then simply indicate the sender’s name, amount, date and time of transfer.
