Diseases and mountains
WITH SUCH DISEASES AND SYMPTOMS, IT IS FORBIDDEN TO GO TO HIGH MOUNTAINS OR ON HIKES THAT INCLUDE HEAVY PHYSICAL ACTIVITY:
1. Any disease in the acute or subacute stage.
2. Mental illnesses that make it difficult to communicate with a person.
3.Malignant neoplasms with pain syndrome.
4. Heart and vascular system diseases:
– Coronary heart disease (CHD)
– Angina pectoris
– Myocardial infarction in less than 6 months
– Aneurysm of the heart and aorta
– Aneurysm of large vessels
– Circulatory failure
– Heart rhythm disturbances: arrhythmia, tachycardia, extrasystoles
– Hypertensive disease 2-3 degrees
(systolic blood pressure rises to 180 mmHg, diastolic blood pressure rises to 110 mmHg).
5. Respiratory system diseases:
– Bronchial asthma with status
– Bronchiectasis 2-3 degrees
– Respiratory failure grade 2-3 (shortness of breath more than 28/min at rest)
– Hemoptysis
– Allergy to plants, pollen
– Tuberculosis – active form
6. Liver diseases:
– Acute and subacute hepatitis
– Other liver diseases with insufficiency of function
7. Kidney diseases:
– Glomerulonephritis (2-3 degrees), with exacerbation
– Pyelonephritis during exacerbation
– Chronic renal failure grade 1-3
8. Diseases of the endocrine glands with severe dysfunction.
9. Diabetes.
10. Thrombophlebitis, Thrombosis, Tendency to hypercoagulation.
11. Tendency to bleeding of any ethnology.
12. Glaucoma.
13. Blood diseases:
– Moderate to severe anemia
– Thrombocytopenic purpura
– Hemophilia
– Leukemia (anemia, leukemia)
14. Joint diseases:
– Arthrosis, ankylosis of the joint (knee)
– Deforming osteoarthritis
– Tuberculosis of joints and bones
15. Gastrointestinal diseases:
– Painful syndrome
– Constant nausea
– Repeated vomiting
– Bleeding
– Loose stools for 3 days before the hike
