We will devote this day to exploring the most interesting places located in the areas adjacent to Yerevan. First of all, we rent a car and go to Khor Virap. This ancient monastery is famous for its history and superb architecture. After this we go to another monastery called Tatev. There are three interesting sights here: the monastery itself will interest you with the uniqueness of its architecture; an incredibly long cable car that stretches from the monastery over the abyss; magnificent hot springs, in which you can swim to your heart’s content. We will set up camp not far from the monastery.

In Yerevan we stay in a hostel. The rest of the time we spend the night in 2- and 3-person tents.
